"O hotel é super agradável, a comida maravilhosa, o serviço/atendimento é impecável… desde a recepção ao atendimento no restaurante, ao professor Scooby de hidroginástica, a equipe da limpeza! Vim de fora do país para uma cirurgia e com certeza, me senti em casa! Muito obrigada a todos pela excelente estadia e hospitalidade!!! Com certeza retornarei "

"Absolutely loved the pool, the lobby, the balcony from our room! I found the room big with a hot shower, safe and 2 large beds, large TV. My husband would say the room needed a slight redo in paint, and a bit of cleaning (front door had hand prints, AC vent had chipped paint) etc and I can say I don't disagree. All in all the room was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly even to us NY'ers struggling to speak Portuguse. The pool staff, buffet staff, lobby staff were all so friendly. Only gripe for me was: the unavailability of quick sandwiches, salads, etc. Maybe being americans we are used to that... To pick up a quick lunch for the room to enjoy without the formality was almost impossible. You have to go through room service (which is great don't get me wrong, but for every day it's too formal), the buffet or the malta &/or pool service. Room service didn't work for us with the QR code so we had to keep going down to order. They have the room in this expansive resort, would be nice to just grab a drink, sandwich, coffee, or sandwich (for those traveling w/ kids) to go. The resort is about a 10 minute taxi ride at least from the main shopping, eating out area. So, although great that it's far away the convince of quick meals to go wasn't offered. And that is tough for families used to being able to grab a quick bit without room service. But a wonderful stay and lovely resort! We stayed for 8 days. From NY USA. Long flight to get here!!"

"Malo por dónde se lo mire, se nota que se quedó en el tiempo, las instalaciones son viejas descuidadas, muchas no funcionan, la cama y sábanas re viejas, el desayuno muy básico, no tienen ni un ventilador en el comedor, tremendo calor cuando se desayuna, lo rescatable es la ubicación que caminando se recorre. Por un poco más del precio se consigue lugares muchos mejor. "

"1. Raw experience/value: Our stay left much to be desired. Location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and a beautiful swimming pool area, but overall experience was far from satisfactory. The lack of assistance during our late-night check-in, especially considering we had a toddler with us, was disappointing. Additionally, the room we were given was a long 4-minute walk from the entrance, which was inconvenient for us and our little one. 2.Cost/Benefit: At CAD 300 per night, including breakfast, we expected a higher quality experience. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a huge letdown, with barely any food available, which is particularly disappointing given Brazil's reputation for delightful hotel breakfasts. The room itself felt outdated, with old air conditioners, a rusty fridge, and an aged bathroom with a non-functional hot tub. Considering the cost, we did not feel like we received good value for our money. 3. A short story involving my experience: During our stay, we looked forward to enjoying a refreshing beverage by the pool after a day at the beach. To our delight, we discovered a beer machine near the swimming pool area. Sadly, this was one of the few positive experiences during our time at this hotel. In the morning, when we were eager to start our day with a hearty breakfast, we were met with a nearly empty buffet. Disheartened, we ended up leaving the hotel without breakfast, feeling that our expensive stay had not lived up to our expectations."
