This is a wonderful place to go with friends, family and children.
Very basic accommodation. Kept very clean, tiny bath tub. Only criticism of the rooms is that the beds are too hard for me, I wish I'ld asked for a topper, felt it most the last two days.
Only criticism of the facilities and service which are great and the food is really good, (esp. The mojitos) is during lunch they closed kitchen so when my plate was cleared and I asked for fruit as dessert it was a straight no, it was 4.05, I thought that was a bit strange as I was mid-meal.
Apart from that I would not hesitate to go back.

The good: Hotel looks brand new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location being close to the beach but not noisy. Nice pools
The mediocre: Breakfast is ok, but depending on what you like, can be disappointed. Scrambled eggs were from powder. Cheeses were bland. Coffee so-so. Rooms were on the small side, but still adequate. Evening entertainment (cheesy, not great, but it is still there)
The bad: Internet: slow and intermittent
Overall a good hotel and worth the stay, just need to get at a good value price.
We must say that the hotel staff were among the best we have ever had. If you made a request it was taken care of with a smile and they took care to fill the request with a bit more than you exspected. The breakfast was very good and as much as you wanted to eat. Tea time menu was very good most days and it's all you can eat from soup to sweets. Side trips were arranged by the hotel reception with good advice and tips. Drinks are very reasonably priced.
