The bathroom window needed attention to close properly, but there was a heater to keep the room warm. We appreciated the table and chairs, and the communal sitting room with real fire. Great to have parking garage underneath. The concierge was very pleasant and we appreciated his care and attention (and his excellent red wine!) We are happy to recommend this hotel."

"Room on the ground floor was clean & renovated. I wish they would put a white curtain like the rest of the rooms for privacy. Also still no rack in the shower to hang your towels. The heater does not work. I was absolutely freezing on the 1st night, especially the bed being next to the window. Indigo from reception was thoughtful to lend one for the night. Otherwise enjoyed my stay, just need to test the heater if staying during winter 😁"
