"booked to stay for overnight for relations wedding"
disappointed that breakfast was not included in price. Was asked on arrival what time we would like breakfast so naturally thought it was included in the £85 charge. Breakfast below average for the £5 per person charge. No cereal, no juice and diabolical coffee. Scrambled eggs were good however but served with one slice of dry toast. Husband had bacon and scrambled egg. One slice of bacon and no toast offered.

"Beautiful village, close to Haywards Heath."
Must remember this is not an hotel, but a very old country pub with clean and basic accommodation. Great food and breakfasts, and friendly staff. The inside of The Bent Arms with its fabulous range of beers is well worth a visit.

"Comfortable bed and breakfast near station"
I was in there area so that I could pick things up in Crawley. Only a few minutes walk from the station and about a twenty minute walk from shops in Crawley. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff I did not see much, but when I did they were helpful and asked if they could help. It was easy to get into Brighton for sight seeing and less than an hour into London.

"Great place if you are traveling out of Gatwick"
Check in was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. There is a restaurant on site e left at 4:00 am and there was a good selection of fruit and muffins for an early breakfast. There is a shuttle running between there and Gatwick but just check because it doesn't run 24/7. Wh n it isn't running there is a city bus route very close by Good value
