"Lovely cozy caraven to stay in you do need to pay extra for bed sheets and towels there was plenty of cutlery pots and pans and cleaning equipment for ur stay.... its based in park dean holiday resort so u dont have access to some of the entertainment and a 11 min drive to clacton sea and pier "

"The caravan wasn’t too great to stay in as there was a musky smell and the sofa and carpet could do with a clean, there was no baking trays or grill to cook on. The fire didn’t work and the heating didn’t come on regularly. Tried to get in contact with the owner by sending a text and left a voicemail on their phone but got no response from them. There was nothing open on the site which we didn’t know about. I think it’s overpriced for nothing to do there."

"It was poorly equipped. The furniture was worn out. Two chairs badly damaged and very dangerous. The garden was a tip with a heap of old bottles, cans and empty pizza boxes stacked in one corner. Front wall falling down"
