"Was a lovely apartment, comfortable and homely. Free Parking available. There is a bar downstairs, you can hear the music from the house but they close by 10pm so the noise is not disruptive at night. Loved my stay with my family. Would recommend to friends."

The condition of the room was not great, as we soon discovered the lightning did not work properly and the kettle in the room was dysfunctional (reported) The bathroom was clearly in need of renovation as the flooring which was used to cover the sides of the bathtub was peeling away. From verifying my identity to being charged different fees to being bugged with different messages saying I have to check in between 4pm and 7pm anything after that, I will get charged £60 extra. They'd stated they charge an additional deposit of £750 but charged a deposit of £500 and extra £75 for the hot tub, which they refused to refund even...
