"Bedding was clean, bathroom was clean and towels were clean. Whole place could do with a makeover but I’d stay again. Was convenient for tubes and overhead to get where we wanted to go. Lovely restaurant next door and pub over the road was really good. If you are looking for a cheap getaway then this is ideal. "

The floors could've been cleaner, extra towels & wash cloths should have been provided! There was insufficient toilet paper, as well. Then on top of that, I was asked to bring my trash out the room to dispose of it. It should be included within a cleaning once I vacate, even with this being a short term rental! "Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. "

Breakfast amazing, even M&S zero fat Greek Yoghurt selection and perfect Avocado with lightly poached egg! Full English cooked fresh and looked very appetising. Will definitely return!"
