Service clerk was okay, the breakfast for that morning was really nice. The manager made sure that there was enough food placed out for his customers. The breakfast area was neat and clean. I really like the sign that stated "can not take breakfast food back to the rooms." This is a nice suggestion it will eliminate bugs.

Hotel is an old La Quinta property undergoing renovation. It is part of the Marriott Indianapolis Conference Center which has some nice landscaping and other features. Should be a nice place once work is complete. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location is in a dreary, somewhat sketchy part of town.
Check in was super easy and everywhere we went was clean. Comfy room and our floor was quiet. We weren't up in time for the 11 am breakfast so my only recommendation would be to extend it an extra hour along with check out of possible for us night owls.
The arrival experience was pleasant, quick, and informative. The room was clean and had several of the appliances that would make the stay enjoyable. The staff was very helpful in providing towels and making sure that we had all that we needed. Breakfast was good as a variety of breakfast items was provided. The lady in charge of that area was very helpful by way of asking if there was anything that she could do to make sure that our tastes were satisfied.
The location of the motel was perfect for our needs to visit with family.
