"Lovely property, you can see the lake from the living room window. Perfect for the little ones to see the ducks in the morning, excellent location. Very clean & tidy. Had everything we needed. Lovely decking area with table & chairs. The park it self has a lovely swimming pool, amazing kids club & parks. Will definitely book to come back again. "

"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "We booked in here the night before we went to see the horse racing at Market Rasen. It was great. You had a lounge with sofa, coffee table, tv and at the other end was oven and electric rings. The bathroom had a shower and sink. Bedroom had a full sized double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers. I was surprised at the size of the apartment (a lot bigger than I thought it would be). It is set in beautiful grounds with horses in the nearby fields, a lovely lake with an island. and surrounded by the beautiful countryside. We met the owner when we were leaving - a really lovely, friendly man. If we go back that way we will definitely book the apartment again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of staying there. 5*****"
