"Nice hotel close to the beach"
Very comfortable, a better experience than a more expensive 5 star hotel I recently stayed in. The room for a family of five was excellent and the parking facilities was within a stone's throw. They stored my bicycle in secure storage and the concierge gave us pointers on where to stroll and find local attractions

"Ideal for event at Brighton Centre"
This hotel was recommended by a friend which was great as there is a lot of choice in Brighton! For the price it was good value, although breakfast was not included, there are many local places nearby or you could eat in hotel for extra. We attended an event at The Brighton Centre which was very close and afterwards we were able to find a late night Chinese restaurant nearby. Regency Square is very attractive with views to the sea and the new observation tower which is currently being constructed on the seafront. The room was very comfortable, quirky with art painted on the walls and a cosy shower room.

"Good value for money"
There is no reception as its a family run business from their next door house but we got the keys off the lady upon a phone call who came from next door. She was nice and welcoming. The room is spacious with walk in shower and they have the most comfortable bed.its clean and neat. The only let down was the internet. The lady gave me their wireless key to connect but it takes 5mn for every click as if it was the dial up connection in the 90s before broadband came in. I asked her to restart the router but same although only 4 rooms in the whole hotel so it was a let down when we decided to stay in the following night but overall good value for money for what it is offered (except internet connection).

"Conference hotel"
My partner and I spent 4 nights at the hotel attending a conference. At the time I was awaiting an operation on my knee and had difficulty climbing the stairs. We were moved to a lower floor at the earliest opportunity and the staff moved everything for us we just had to obtain the room keys. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay.

On the south English coast, Brighton is a popular beach destination, especially with Londoners as the train ride between the two cities is less than an hour.
