Out of the main town centre so quite difficult to get to after long journey. No cash machine so had 15 minute walk to find one, very inconvenient due to being disabled. Very noisy at night, lot of drunk people sitting in car park into early hours of morning, and running along corridors screaming ...
Good central location. Took me a while to find it at first but then my trips back into the shopping area and back again were very easy. Near to mailbox and the cube, definitely go look in there! Check in and check out were easy. My stay was ok, I didn't sleep very well but that was just me! The bed ...

We stayed in a family room and I was very impressed with the facilities on offer and the cleanliness of the room. The only criticisms ...
Excellent value for a brief stay. Super, helpful staff, Very clean - fresh appearance on arrival. Good work station with more-than-adequate LED lighting. Room was welcoming on entering it. Comfortable bed, lovely crisp sheets & spotless towels.
Ive stayed in all Ibis in Birmingham, this is my fav. Still have the stupid policy that you cant check in at 1.55pm, got to be 2pm. But thats not the staffs fault. Great location for the bull ring and gay quarters. Staff all polite etc. No problem for a few nights.
The Station Hotel is a centre of town hotel but feels very much like an out of town hotel. Opposite Dudley Zoo, just round the corner from The Black Country Living Museum. The Sunday Carvery was excellent, the staff very polite and extremely helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
