"Perfect for business trip"
Located close to everything I needed for my business trip. Hostel is nice itself, just on the outside are alot of homeless people hanging out. Noisy at all hours but wasn't too much of an issue. Bar, convenience store and food close by.

Decent hotel, clean and close to places that tourists want to go, but there's a lot of weird and homeless people in the surroundings.

Pocket Guide: San Francisco Union Square 1 star Hotels

Flagship stores ring Union Square, among the vanguard of West Coast retail. Chinatown begins at Grant Avenue and Bush Street, while Gold Rush-era mansions crown Nob Hill. South of Union Square, the convention center area includes the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Cable cars turn around at Powell and Market streets to head back to Fisherman's Wharf.
