"Decent hotel with good location to shopping mall"
Nice clean hotel but evident that the building is older and has been renovated at some point. One of the side entrance doors was broken and didn't shut. Not what I expected of a Westin but overall an ok place. I would rate this a 3.5 out of 5.
I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency. Rooms were clean and modern. I liked that there was a smart tv as I bring a lot of shows with me on flash drives. My only knock on the room was there was no in room microwave while not a major problem it was an inconvenience to walk down to the vending machine microwave to heat things up. Overall good experience and would stay with them again.

Inability to turn left when exiting the hotel, requires driving several blocks to go around to get back to the starting point. The carpet was stained, although vacuumed. Towels were thin & not very absorbent. Made service is apparently scheduled for once a week.
We stayed at this hotel because it was near a metro station into DC. It was more of a walk to the Metro than expected, but we found out later that the hotel offered a shuttle to the station. If only we had known!
The hotel room has a nice relaxation kit (foot creme, lotion) that was a small but appreciated touch after a long day in DC.
The room was very nice and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Family with 2 teenagers visiting Washington DC for the first time. Very nice hotel located close to the metro. National Mall is about a 40 minute ride on the train. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is better than most places I've stayed in. Free drinks and snacks for happy hour every day from 5:30 to 7:30 was an unexpected and welcome surprise. Will definitely stay here again.
Very reasonable price for a hotel near Tyson's corner in VA. Walmart within walking distance, and the Silver Line Metro would take you anywhere. I took a ground floor room, so I couldn't keep the drapes open, as everyone walking by would see into the room. Book a higher floor room...
Tysons Corner is all business when it comes to shopping. This area features more than 400 retailers in two shopping centers: the Tysons Corner Center and the Tysons Galleria. Already one of the nation’s largest business districts, Tysons Corner is poised to grow as more office buildings, retail space, and homes will be built over the next decade.
