"The checkin and checkout process was extremely easy and convenient, loved that this hotel was right next to the highway since we are doing a cross country move."

"It was very pretty in the lobby, hot tub. But pool could have been warmer,better steps in deep pool and pumps turned on in the outside pool with a little heat in water it was freezingcold oit there....but the pavilion was gorgeous and I LOVED SEEING THE BEARS THERE! The staff was awesome!!!! The unique pool area was cute, amd outside deck on pool was very nice just to cold of water n pumps weren't on to circulate the bees lol.."
"We loved the water features except due to being small build our water savy, athletic 5 year old couldn't come down the slides that 3 yr. olds were able to ride. Also closing the slides to change out lifeguards was disappointing."
"I would highly recommend. The staff was very courteous and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel was one of the cleanest and spacious hotels I have been to in a long time. The pools and hot tubs were very clean. I would definitely stay here again. "
