The hotel located in very good area, of the modern part and Aqua mall (you can cross the road and leave your bags). There's a breakfast in the hotel that you can sign in the night before (will be cheaper) and also room service to order food. The staff is super nice and have knowledge about any questions I've asked. The spa is nice and fancy, the massage is not wow but in general it was very good experience.
The overall look of the hotel was very good. The reception, seating and bar areas were modern and comfortable.
The room was lovely with a double bed and views looking out onto the City of Arts and Sciences. I asked when we checked in if we could have a room with a view and that's what we had. The bathroom was clean and had a bath with overhead shower and two sinks with the usual toiletries.
We didn't eat in the downstairs restaurant and unfortunately the restaurant on the top floor was closed so we weren't able to experience eating with a view over the city.
The location is very suitable for the tourists. The staffs are very friendly and willing to help at any time. The only thing that I found with the city of Valancia is language, people either don't know English or don't want to speak English. Overall the hotel is good and I will recommend to others for sure.
Lovely hotel, not far from the centre of Valencia (where it's lovely to have food) shame there is no wifi in the rooms. Staff were very polite. Easy to get to if traveling to it by road. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice too, loads of choice of foods!

"Nice roomy flat close to oceanographic great staff"
We were at the flat for 4 nights. Lovely flat, roomy, excellent with my two teenage boys having a room to share. In walking distance of museums and the fantastic oceanographic. Staff great friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the ElBar which is below the hotel and linked to it was good and we also tried dinner there and that was one of the best during our stay.
