"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I was very appreciative of how easy it was to communicate. our son had a welcoming party for his wedding in Shockoe Bottom. We loved being able to walk to Havana 59, Lulus for breakfast, and have a quiet place to relax. We slept well and my spouse retreated to the bedroom while I watched the US play in the World Cup..and win. We’d definitely stay there again."

"The house was exactly as pictured on Vrbo, and Essence was very responsive when we had a problem with the heating. The house was quite cold downstairs (but comfortable for sleeping upstairs), which they were unable to fix during our stay, so we didn't spend much time in the house. However, it was comfortable and Essence is working on fixing the heat."
