The room was big compared to other hotels. Room was clean and tidy. Located in a good area. Bad soundproofing-you could hear noise from adjacent rooms especially early in the morning. Toilet piping made very loud sounds!

The elevator was out-of-order so walking up from the -4 parking garage was a bit of a hike. The room was clean and pleasant, with ample space in the fridge. Also, the most comfortable pillows in Europe.

The metro is literally across the road so perfect to get around Paris. A lovely and less touristy area so you really get a feel of France when walking around. Great rest bite from the hectic city centre. The hotel room itself suited our needs and was clean and a great size. I do wish the toilet had been in the actual bathroom or there had been at least a sink in the room with the toilet. Also, after a long day we would have liked to watch a bit of TV but there was no option for English subtitles so we couldn’t follow along with anything.

I really enjoyed this property. It was nice to be very close to the metro, and lots of restaurants near! The staff was lovely and even gave us a popsicle when we checked in. We used the laundry room and when we had questions we used the phone to call the front desk and they helped us. They were very friendly! Our room was also really nice and clean.

Paris stay
Positioned between Gare de Lyon and Gare de Nord, so as a transit stay worth considering. A bit away from tourists points of interest without use of metro. Places to eat and supply shopping nearby. A busy populated area. As a tourist something more central would be better

Hotel staff were good. The room was ok, nothing special. The annoying part about the room was the toilet being separate from the sink and garbage. Lots of walking back and forth between the 2. No power outlet in the bathroom. And only one side of the bed had an outlet. Walls were pretty thin, we could hear our neighbours and since we also had a mini balcony we could hear the traffic all night.

Walking encouraged
Clean and well-equipped room, spacious foyer and reception. Kitchen equipment excellent. Close to Oberkampf metro for arrivals at Gare du Nord. Half an hour to walk to Place de Vosges and Pere Lachasie cemetery. Easy access to centre of city, left and right banks, for tjhsoe prepared to walk, wander and follow their noses.

We liked the free coffee and tea provided throughout the day. The hotel was well located and service staff were friendly. The housekeeping could have been a bit more frequent; once a week housekeeping for long-stayers is not as ideal.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff who are welcoming and informative. Room was a good size, lovely view. The only downside was the cleansiness of room was slightly lacking. Upon arrival the room had a stale smell which made the room feel unclean. It could have done with airing out and freshing up with a final sprucing around.

Well located near metro station and direct bus service to Gare de l'Est. Busy neighborhood with lots of shops and cafes/restaurants but not noisy. Friendly, competent personnel. Excellent breakfast and free coffee/tea throughout the day. Only complaint: maid service only once per week.

Great location, only a couple of minutes walk from Parmentier. Area gives off a student vibe, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets close by. Our one bed apartment was clean, and both the main and sofa beds were comfy. It was quite small, especially the bedroom, and it didn't look much like the photo shown - probably because it was an apartment rather than a normal room. Kitchen was well equipped. As mentioned in other reviews, it was a bit noisy in the early evening, but nothing you wouldn't expect from this kind of location in a major city and it quietened down quickly after 10pm-ish. Staff were all helpful. Definitely recommend, and would use again in future.

Tiny but efficient great location
We were keen on having the kitchenette, enabled us to do our own lunches and dinners. The Buffay breakfast was good because there was a two for one deal, otherwise it’s not worth €13 per person. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very nice, especially Rachel from the front desk. What I didn’t like was there’s NO A/C in the rooms. It was hell for me and my sister who have hot flashes (being 50 ).
