This place definitely could use some updates. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hot tub was closed without information over heard from another guest that people misused the hot tub so it was closed. Shower walls, around the sink were not clean. Nice being connected to the restaurant and lots of parking.

I did not care for the warm bath temperature. I realize it cannot be hot for safety reasons but at this hotel it was noticeably cooler. I also feel tub safety is really lacking. There are no safety measures such as a grab bar to assist getting in and out of shower and tub bottom is slippery. A grab bar would prevent significant injury and costs very little.

Only place available in Williams lake as traveling through. Room was fine but not overly clean and mattress was terrible. All the food was gone at breakfast by 8:15 AM.

i was on a motorcycle and did not have GPS. The signs for the hotel are not illuminated, and I rode past the hotel without seeing it. every thing else around there is easy to find because of bright signage..I finally stopped at the Ramada and they gave me directions
