Please choose between a one-day pass or two-day pass for PortAventura, a one-day pass for Caribe Aquatic Park or the three-day combined ticket for both parks.

    Location:
    PortAventura Park and the Caribe Aquatic Park are located just one hour south of Barcelona and are easily accessible by car, bus, or train to the park's own stop.

    Hours of operation:
    Parks opens at 10 AM; closing hours vary

    Note:
    You must choose between a one-day pass and a two-day pass for PortAventura, a one-day pass for Caribe Aquatic Park or the three-day combined ticket for both parks. Transportation is not included. PortAventura can be reached by car, train, or bus; please telephone PortAventura Customer Service for directions. Children under the age of 4 are free.

    • Redemption instructions
    After booking your tour—3 easy steps:
    1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
    2. Take all vouchers with you.
    3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

    How to exchange your voucher(s):
    For all ticket types, please present your voucher(s) at the booths situated at the entrance to PortAventura. You may telephone PortAventura Customer Service for directions; the customer service number appear(s) on your voucher.
    Terms and conditions
    Photo identification is required to redeem voucher(s).

    Cancellations and Changes: This Activity can be changed or cancelled without penalty at any time prior to two days before the scheduled start of your trip. The scheduled start of your trip is defined as your hotel check-in date, your departure date of the originating flight, or the date of the Activity if the Activity was booked without a flight or a hotel.
