Redemption instructions
After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

How to exchange your voucher(s)
Upon arrival at Chessington World of Adventures, please present your voucher(s) at the main entrance where they will be exchanged for park entrance tickets.
Terms and conditions
Tickets are only valid for children younger than 12 who are accompanied by a full-paying individual age 12 years and over. Special offer is only valid for one child per adult; every additional child must have an "Additional Child" ticket.
