Using your Expedia.co.uk vouchers
How do I use a voucher from an advertisement or promotion?
From time to time, Expedia.co.uk sends vouchers to its customers, generally via postal mail or email. To use a promotional voucher,
simply search for eligible travel, then enter your redemption code on the Redeem a voucher section of the Rate details page.
Some vouchers don't have redemption codes and are automatically saved to your account. For those cases, please follow the
instructions for using a voucher saved to your account.
How do I save an emailed voucher to my account?
If you receive a voucher via email, you can save it to your account by clicking the link to claim your voucher. You may need to sign
in before you can save your voucher to your account.
How do I view my saved vouchers?
To view your saved vouchers, go to the My Profile page. (You can access this page by clicking My Profile in the yellow
bar at the top of almost any page on the Expedia.co.uk site.) Then click Vouchers in the left-hand column. If you're not signed
in to your account, you will be asked to sign in before you can access your Vouchers page
How do I use a voucher saved to my account?
On the Vouchers page, you'll see all of your saved vouchers. To use a voucher, click Use this now. You can then designate travel
specifics, including travel dates and traveller details. Once you complete your purchase, the Vouchers page will show that the voucher
has been used, and the date on which it was used.
When you stay signed in to your account, all applicable saved vouchers will automatically be shown to you in the shopping path. To
activate automatic sign in, select the Save this password on my computer for automatic sign in checkbox on the Expedia.co.uk Sign In page.
You should only stay signed in to your account if you're using your own computer.
Why won't my voucher work?
If a message is displayed stating that your reservation does not meet the rules of the voucher, review the voucher's complete
rules and restrictions, which can be accessed by clicking the voucher's Rules link. Make sure that you select a qualifying
reservation in order to redeem the voucher.
