Not impressed
Very nice rooms and location was great since we were visiting the aquarium.. I booked 3 rooms for our family weekend. I had asked for specific bed sizes for family needs and only 1 of the 3 rooms were correct so I asked for a crib for one of the rooms. After many hours, 3 phone calls and attitude from the front desk we finally got a crib. I did everything except beg at 9:30 pm for the crib and considering they made an error in the first place, I was frustrated at their lack of concern. The wait time at the elevator was 30 minutes on Saturday evening (stairs were emergency only). I would not recommend this hotel if you are interested in service.
