This Hotel lets Husa group down
Reception staff on arrival surley. Dinning room staff/food very poor. Noisey machinery woke us up in the early hours. Still awaiting a reply to a completed Complaint & Comment form.
Did’nt bother.

too far out
lovely and comfy hotel very clean only problem was it was just a little too far from the action. buses were scarce, so you have to rely on taxis which need to be ordered from the hotel. Brush up on your spanish as nobody talks english. Take a good map is all i can say.
must go to the aquarium at least take a good 3 hours to get round, costs around 25 euros ,well worth the money tho. not like any aquarium ive been to. if you like tgi friday then you must goto to hollywoods restuarant in the spanish quarter and the menu is in english. dont go on a saturday as you will be queing down the street. other than that enjoy valencia.

Why I recomend?
If you do not need to go inside Valencia, this is the rigth decision. But if you would like to visit the city go to another hotel. Is a new hotel , but the service wasnt perfect. Internet didnt run. We have a dinner and the service wasnt good. You can stay in a short visit.
