Fabulous Service--a bit dated.
Absolutely the best service from all staff--from check in to check out. Room was clean and very comfortable but a dated. Could definitely use some updating. Strong smells --maybe from the kitchen. Had to keep the balcony door open.

Rooms Need Renovation
It was a nice stay, hotel is close to most of shopping malls and resturants, having a nice view,the breakfast was very good but the place was small. What was disappointing that the spa was only for gent`s and nothing for ladies, the hotel reception and the area near elevator were so smelly because of the resturants , you get stick when ever you pass. The carpet in our room was awful and needs to be changed.

NO Hot Water
I stayed there for three days - two without hot water OR at best fluctuating water temperatures and then I found a different hotel as I am staying in Kuwait for over three weeks on business. A hotel should be able to offer you a hot shower when you want it and not have to wait till some maintenance technician comes and adjusts a control valve up in the ceiling.
