Very Relaxing
Something for everyone, aimed at families, but good for adults too. Very welcoming, excellent food, breakfast buffet superb! Take care with travel if you are not driving, arriving in Italy means shuttle bus into Switzerland, taxi extremely expensive but with careful planning there is a good bus service. Access to hotel is on a steep slope so avoid heavy luggage!
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
Water taxis on the Lakes are cheap and a great way to see round. Bus service is good once you find out about it and takes you to most areas of interest. Avoid taxis due to cost and watch the buses when you are driving, they seem to have right of way and they use it - dramatically at times!

Great Family Hotel
The hotel is great for anyone with children. The Club Bambini provides a safe and stimulating environment for children up to 11. The lake swimming and windsurfing are superb. The food is well above average. Highly recommended

You get what you pay for!
Excellent - after staying in Bellagio it really turned our holiday around. Excellent for kids and adults. Not as i read by one view an "italian butlins" if so, i have not been to butlins recently. It was the little things that really made the difference, reserving a table for us while we puty our kids to bed and when we checked out , water for your onward journey. Hoighly recommended and will definately return.
the child care is in the price and lunch food is very good. Pay extra and if so stay less nights - its worth it.
