Good
Hotel was a little further out than I had expected and this was not overly clear to me when I booked it. It is actually round the back of the excel not in the nice development by the front! But the hotel was lovely - couldn’t fault it and had a lovely room and a great view of the river. The area is still being developed and be wary of being RIGHT by the airport!

Great service, but a bit far from the city centre
We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We had a suite, so the room was very large (especially for London), and had separate bedroom and lounge/kitchenette. Although close to London CIty Airport (we could see planes coming in to land) we had triple glazing, so could hadly hear them. No noise from other rooms, but the aircon is a bit noisy. Service was very, very good, from porters, reception, cleaning to restaurant staff, everyone was friendly, helpful and did that extra bit to help us. The hotel is a bit far out from the city centre, but is right next to the Docklands Light Railway, so its easy to get in to the city, connecting into the tube system. Give about 45-55 minutes to get in to the West End theatres. There’s also some free car parking and a small gym. Finally, we had breakfast included in our deal, and this was excellent, good quality and choice.

Great hotel!
Beautiful hotel with great views and friendly staff. Close to two DLR stations which makes travel into Central London easy and convenient. Room provided stunning views of both the London City airport and Docklands.
