Great Stop Over
I was in Hong Kong for a 4 day stop over on my way to Bangkok. It was a great place to stay. The hotel and the attached mall were wonderful.

The only place to stay in Hong Kong
Wonderful week at the Langham. On arrival to Club L there was a promotion to upgrade. If we were there for just a couple of nights - no need. Excellent amenities. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Highly recommend The Club L which was so handy with 24 hr service for food and drinks. Internet. Check in/check out. The Staff were excellent and recommendations were good for travel, restuarants etc. Limo to and from Hotel as it was end of our holiday and we hadn’t been to Hong Kong for many years. Adjacent to floors and flooors of shopping. Great location in MongKok. Expensive week, but worth it! Life is too short!
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Grab an Octopus Card for your travel needs. We put in $100AUS each for a start. Gives you great flexibility to use the excellent train system, buses, trams, ferries. Any money left over is refunded. Ferry to Lamma Island. Different ferry for a day in Macau. Train to Disneyland. AsK Club L about m garden vegetarian restuarant excellent. Taxi to Knutsford Terrace for a whole different tastes. Nice Italian food at Papa Razzi.
