Hotel Des Artistes Naples
The hotel was basic but gave a true sense of living in Naples.The hotel is on the first floor overlooking a concrete or tarmac courtyard behind a massive wooden door facing onto the main street. Service and helpfulness of staff could not be faulted.
Traveller's tip
Naples is certainly different-the traffic is unbelievable and red lights mean nothing.The whole ambience of the place would be lost without this mayhem however.Don’t be put off by the litter or graffiti.Its all part of the experience.

Decent Budget Hotel
The hotel rooms are small, the double was just two singles pushed together & the bathroom was quite pokey but the hotel certainly has charm. It’s ideally located and the service was good. Certainly worth a look for those on a budget.

Hard to find, but not worth the effort
The hotel is not marked. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a building in a small coutyard off the road it is supposed to be on. air-con didn’t work, very noisy as my room was next to reception. The shower was hardly big enough to turn round in. Very old fashioned. Would not go back.
