Mildewed Carpet & Broken Down Mattresses
My first room smelled of mildew but I was able to change. Both rooms had a bad mattress that were so old and broken down that my back ached all the next day. We were going to enjoy the breakfast, but it was NOT included with the room after all that. So we had to get in the car to find an affordable breakfast for a family. The lighting is very poor in the rooms (energy light-bulbs) but it was impossible to see in the bathroom. Bathroom vanity too small for more than one person at a time. Very time consuming. We had to check out b/c it was so uncomfortable. The location is great. I have to use the location to go to my allergist in the D/FW area (I live 3 hours away) I hope to try it again since I need that location. The staff was friendly but were helpless to do anything about my complaints because they only "worked there".

Wait for dry weather to stay with these mildew carpets. Great location if you don’t have allergies.

Going back in a few months
My stay was very comfortable, close to resturants, grocery store (room had a frig) very close to the mall and other shopping facilities. Staff was very pleasant. Also handy was their laundry room.

Good location.
Hotel was quiet and easy to find. Close proximity to the event I was attending. Quick service at the desk and the lobby and room were clean.
