A Room with a View
The stya in the Locanda Vivaldi Hotel was pure bliss, The view over The Grand Canal was breathtaking. You have to allow for the noise of the water and the boats but this was hardly a problem. The staff were excellent and helpful. No hesitation in recommending this hotel and we will be going back. All in all a wonderful visit.
We went to Venice in late October and this suited us fine. No great crowds - the weather was excellent and a lovely atmosphere both early morning and in the evening with music in St.Mark’s square.

Would Definitely Book This Hotel Again
Excellent location. Warm and friendly staff. Restaurant and bar have fantastic views over the lagoon at Venice. Room was very equipped if a little small. We ate in the hotel restaurant and would highly recommend it. We were lucky enough to be there when the glass walls were fully open so we could enjoy our meal and admire the panaromic view at the same time.
