Best hotel stay in a long time
The staff was efficient, courteous, and attentive. The restaurant had a chef in the morning making fresh waffles and omelets that were delicious. It was easily the best hotel stay I’ve had in a long time.

Over-priced
Monterrey on a Friday night is over-priced no matter where you stay. Our room was spacious and in a decent location, but the room was not clean. The staff did remedy the situation while we were out for dinner, but a top hotel would go further to apologize with a discount, or a complementary bottle of wine or something. And when the maid cleaned up the bathroom at our request, the cleaning bottle was left behind on the bathroom floor. The toilet paper holder was also falling out of the wall and finally crashed the morning we left. Not what I expect for such a high-priced place.
