expensive for the quality.
Food was excellent, buffet. water in shower really bad, coming hot and cold all the time. animators too present and don’t really know how to make great contact. Pool great for little kids.

Employees put the customer first.Losts of entertainment throughout ones stay at no costs.Otherwise there are lota of other excursions & tours organised by the hotel with a fee to be paid.

Very friendly people whom one can easily interact with especially if one is conversant in French or Arabic,otherwise English will do.

Not impressed
Clearly this is a nice hotel but is a bit tired in parts.My room had a light bulb replaced but needed the air conditioning fixing.Job was completed the day before i left.Staff were all very pleasant and helpful .the entertainers tried hard but really need to improve for the summer. Food could be better.There is a wide variety catering for a wide range of people but presentation could be better.
