Best room ever!
I booked this hotel with my air fare and when I went online to check out the rooms, i wasn’t very excited with the decor...once I arrived, the front desk clerk was very accommodating and friendly. I asked for a room on a higher floor, and ended up on the 34th floor in a beautiful wood paneled room with big windows and an amazing views, especially from the bathroom shower...it overlooked Michigan Ave. Beds were so comfortable and cozy. I hated to leave the room when my visit was over.I’d go back again in a heartbeat!

13th Floor
When I received the key to my 13th floor room I assumed the weekend would be full or mishaps (unlucky 13... most hotels don’t have a 13th floor)... well other than my car having a flat in valet, and paying $65 for 2 burgers, fries, and 2 sodas and $69 for breakfast from room service everything else was GREAT (lol). The room was spacious, clean, and we had a very nice view. I would stay again and again, but would remember to bring my in-room snacks (lol).

Customer Satifaction At It’s Best
This hotel is one of Chicago’s finest. They are very responsive to customer needs. The rooms are very comfortable. The location is placed in the heart of entertainment and attractions. In the downtown area and walking distance to the Chicago Mile, and the River.
