Would happily recommend
Situated about 10 mins in a taxi from the centre of the City, this hotel was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Perfect as a base if your are in Valencia for the weekend or longer. The staff are very friendly however for advice on restaurants etc you may want to explore online before you go unless all you like is paella/valencian cuisine. Bar staff are excellent and other than the small gripe about advice from reception I would not hesitate to return.
Do not go to the wildlife park La Albuferta!!!! It is nothing like what it states online, stay clear unless you wish to be severely disappointed.

Good Deal
First of all - be aware this is out of the main hub of Valencia. This is not a bad thing though! Right next to the metro made getting around easy - there was plenty of free parking around the hotel too. Also if the metro is closed it only cost us €6 in a taxi back! The hotel is squeezed between a Ibis and Novotel hotel - actually the same building! But you get the upper floors. Rooms were neat and tidy and well equipped for our needs. There isnt much around the hotel but like I said easy to get to places. The beds were firm - and I found them incredibly comfortable and I slept fantastically! Im very pleased overall with our stay.
The lovely lady at the reception told us were to go and we poked around - managed to find a great pud that served up rocking Mojitos which set us in fantastic steed for the rest of teh night out! Night life only starts later and dont go out in shorts and flipflops! Some clubs dont appreciate it!

Better value for money elsewhere
You should be aware that actually this hotel does not sit alone but sits in the same building with 2 other hotels. The sign blends in with the color of the building so you may not find the place as we did not for some time. Definately not 5 star, rather 3 star at best. Lobby is, well, it practically doesnt exist. No ice machine, ordered ice, the bill came to 6 Euro! Give me a break. Room was too hot without adequate temperature control. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Nothing good to mention as I did not find anything good.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
Hotel is located in the business center, not downtown. The metro is very close and easy. Grocery store is right next door for your basics.
