Great location near the train station. Personnel accommodating. A little noisy. Forget TV unless you live for CNN/Bloomberg/CNBC. Restaurant is good with a great view of Barcelona.($$$) The only big complaint I have is that the mattress was extremely hard and the pillows were large and uncomfortable.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
As soon as you get there, familiarize yourself with the Metro (conveniently across the street) and get the T10 ticket. You’ll save a lot of wasted time on buses.

Excellent service and convenient location
Although the hotel is by Sants station and not in the centre it is very convenient for the airport and for the metro. It is within easy walking distance of Montjuic with its magic fountain, art museum, etc. All staff encountered (especially reception staff) were extremely courteous and helpful. We wanted to swim at Piscines Picornell (large indoor and outdoor pools on Montjuic) and the reception staff phoned up for us to check opening hours, prices, etc. The room was large and clean with a good view over the city towards Tibidabo.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The bike tour was a great way of seeing many sights and finding our way around the old town. There are bikes for hire and Barcelona is great for cycling. By contrast, the Barcelona bus tours are confined to the main roads, it is often difficult to get onto the top deck of the bus, and it was impossible to see much from downstairs.

Would recommend, but....
I would highly recommend this hotel, great location, etc., but read before we went that we should check out bill--charged for internet that wasn’t used and that happened to us also. They removed the charge without any problems.

Las Ramblas is the place to be in Barcelona. Great shopping!
