Heavenly!
I was concerned that on the map the hotel appeared to be on the main road around the Amalfi coast but I couldnt believe it when we arrived - it was perfectly tucked into the hill and you wouldnt know there was a road close by (apart from the Sita buses occasionally hooting a horn). The setting is incredibly pretty - the view from all the front areas of the hotel, including breakfast room, dining terrace and outdoor bar was stunning! Water lapped 30 feet below our bedroom window and of course, moonlight made it even more romantic! The hotel provides a free shuttle to Amalfi every morning and returns each night, although we had hired a car from Naples airport so only used this service twice. The concierge is happy to park your car and all the staff were polite and friendly. There is a little pool but we chose to swim in the Med - crystal clear and warm (end of September) and directly below the hotel. My only advice would be that they could put up a notice advising guests to put used towels in the bath for changing as they changed ALL the towels (and sheets) every day - without necessity as we hadnt used every single towel, every day. I would highly recommend this hotel with a final word of caution: just be brave on those roads or book a driver or use the buses!
Just grab lovely picnic things from the supermarket in Amalfi or Minori and take off for a cheap lunch. The euro is so low right now that everyone costs an arm and a leg so doing your own lunch saves some to spend on dinner!

Will use it as my hub whenever i visit the Amalfi Coast again
The hotel is conveiently located right at the SS 163 (the highway connecting all the towns and villages on the coast). Thier daily shuttle to Amalfi town is also good for those wishing to take Boat rides to nearby islands. I really liked the hotel and its rooms views. We went there for our honeymoon and it was perfect, although they may want to revamp thier breakfast offering a bit; its quite limited

Great place to stay
We were looking for a quiet relaxing hotel with a sea view and fine food - and that is exactly what we got. Right on the coast but away from the road, you can hear the waves lapping the shore from your room, and all bedrooms have a sea view. The food in the hotel is fantastic and service is great. It is not the most luxurious hotel, and some rooms only have a shower as opposed to a bath, but they are clean and practical. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore the Amalfi Coast (there is free parking too, which not many other hotels in the area can provide).
