OK for Business Use
Hotel in need of a refurb - but it did the job - the bar staff were great. My colleague referred to it as camping indoors - which I though a bit harsh.

VERY GOOD VALUE TO YOUR MONEY,
we were sure we will get a small room but it is really nice, we came with a lot of bags from a long trip and it was good, the beds look so small but you will fit in nicely, there is no view, and the put us in the end of the hall (long long one) but we didnt mind. why yes?1. great location, near the tube in high kensington, really a nice area with nice atmpsphere. 2 nice room in a nice hotel. 3 good price for london. 4 very clean, you feel like in an hotel! few things you should know is that: 1 the hotel is really strict about cheak in time 2:00. 2 they take a few pounds fot the pool and gym (why?) 3 this is a huge hotel, you can travel few minutes to you room the buttom line.... a good one! i will come back one day
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
plan your trip and use the tube (daily ticket)- you can find a lot to see in very corner, and you can see a lot in a day if you want. the royal gardens are a nice day trip, and you can see it on your last day if you have time. nice shopping around, a pub called the elephant and the....(something) wich is a local pub. nice resturants in a walking distance.

Not Impressed at all
the hotel looked tired, dirty, the rooms and the bathrooms were tidy and you had to pay for everything extra.
