Not impressed
Was given a ’non smoking’ room that had been heavily smoked in. There were no rooms available to be moved to. A smoke machine was offered, but this took them 3 hours and 3 more phone calls to arrange. The room was still smokey at the end of my 3 night stay. To top this off there was very loud building work going on the floor below between 9am and 5pm everyday including Saturday. This meant the room (kitchen, balcony, lounge area) was not usuable during these times. The hotel offered no acknowledgement or apology for this on check-in and as I already knew there were no rooms available, we could not be moved.

Impressed. Spotless and great service all round.
Great location for views and accessibility to city centre. A bit noisey at night if you are near the nightclub end and middle aged!. Would definitely recommend but not in high season - perfect if you are young and vibey and make the most of the nightlife. Terrific views.

Great location, beach is 100m only. Close to lots of dining places, theatre, pick n pay etc
