Very Very BAD
Not sure about all the rooms, but for room 6.. Cobwebs on walls near cealing, curtin broken and hanging down, burn holes in chairs, bed wired together with wire hanger, very bad lighting. Ice machine consists of a dirty cooler in the managers office with a trash bag of ice floating in water.

if u dont have car , Dont stay here. because it’s not convenient at all to get a bus. and room is not clean as i expected . i know it’s cheap so i shouldnt complain but it’s supposed to be clean . front desk guy wasnt friendly at all , u cant ask him a favor. Dont stay here!
