Really nice place with friendly staff and a good location
Small walk to the lifts. Plus its the best lift in the resort the gondla at 1800. Nice bars, cafes and restaraunt. Was really well priced and the bus stop is pretty much at the front door. Rooms are fairly small but the slopes are amazing.
Take plastic bottels of spirts, wine, etc, etc up the slopes in a back pack. A pack lunch would be a good idea to. Save heaps and heaps of money.

A Place to Ski To
Like most of Les Arcs 1800, the buildings are not that impressive either outside or in, unless you love early 1970s building design. Stayed in a 5-6 person mezzanine appt, were only 3 of us so plenty of space. 1 bathroom and 1 additional toilet. No external ski storage, but a handy rack with drip dray just as you enter your room and a shelf for the boots too. Able to ski direct to the side door of the hotel, also handy of a morning as the chairlift is right beside the Aguile Grive 111 block, one of six that make up the Residence Maeva Charmettoger.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
If flying to Geneva, hire your car from the FRENCH side of the airport and use surface roads not motorways in Swizerland. (You dont need the vignette if you stay to normal roads and the car hire is cheaper on the French side)
