Not A Great Family Hotel
I booked this hotel because I wanted to stay in St. Gallen, this was the only hotel available for the dates of our stay. While it was a lovely, modern business-style hotel and the staff was kind and attentive, it was definitely a businessman’s hotel (which it’s geared for). The rooms have no drawers -- just surfaces! So, for a family vacation, I wouldn’t recommend it -- but for a business trip -- yes. The on-site restaurant was pretty good -- but I would have liked for the breakfast buffet to be complimentary.

Nice but pricey
The hotel was very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not included, which is unusual in Europe and the breakfast was extremely expensive.

Clean hotel
Stayed in the standard room for one night. Reception efficient, room ok, clean and not fancy. Sound proofing not ideal but not bad either. WiFi not working in the room. Have not tried in the lobby. On a 1 to 10 scale where 1 is very disappointed and 10 very excited it’s a solid 7.
