very good service
Great location, very easy to get in and out of venice (train and parking close by) let equally easy to get to all the sights. Customer service was great - would have given them a 5 but we were given song wrong info about the casino (you need a passport to get in..) so they lost a point. If i went back to venice i’d stay again.

Would love to go again someday
The people at the front desk were very helpful, friendly and accomodating. The room and bath were very clean. The breakfast was much better than we expected. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was great for sightseeing and getting to and from the cruise port and airport.

Great location...friendly staff....very close to train and bus stations
Pay the extra money for canal view and include breakfast....large rooms and baths by European standards....great view

This hotel has a great location with water transportation within minutes from the lobby...get a multi-day vaporetti (water bus)pass Skip the Murano, Burano, Tortello excursion...real waste of time
