BEAUTIFUL SITUATION
comfortable and perfectly situated hotel with sea views from most rooms ; lacked atmosphere since it is a big hotel without a soul (bar closed in high season ??)A place to sleep rather than to linger as the hotel does not have any outside spaces !Interiors are well decorated in keeping with the age of the building .Syracuse is a magical city ...will rent an appartment next time ! You can get to the beach in aranela by public transport ....you will have to ask the tourist information office not the hotel ( reception does not know anything beyond the walls of the hotel )

Excellent hotel but parking inconvenient
The location was very good: hotel is within walking distance from the historic center, and it has a beautiful view of the sea. However, if you travel, be prepared to spend a lot of time, first finding the hotel y most of all getting to the parking, which is at the outskirts of the center. It takes about an hour, first a short walk and then a ride on a free bus.The other inconvenience, despite very nicely appointed rooms, was the shower. The floor of the shower was at the same level as the bathroom floor; only a plastic curtain would stop some of the water from spreading around.Excellent breakfast at a terrace overlooking the water.

Need improvement to be a five star hotel
This hotel has a prime location, however, the rooms and especially bathrooms are so outdated.The Entrance and Breakfast area on the roof are impressive, but it’s not enough.
