very good hotel
Staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. My only problem was upon arrival. There were no doormen in attendance and the hotel can only be entered by climbing up a number of steps. When you have luggage with you, it is quite difficult to get your luggage up a number of steps unaided.

Excepional hotel
Location is fine for business travel, but a little removed from the tourist area of The Hermitage and St Isaacs.

Good hotel
Hotel was great, room was nice. Receptiion staff were very friendly, however the staff at breakfast were not very attentive. Very good value for money. Would return to this hotel
