Reservation not honored
The hotel itself was good...hot breakfast, convenient location...however, I reserved a suite (separation of bedroom from sleeper sofa area) but was given a handicapped accessible room, which we did not want...the room was large but not the type of suite we reserved.

I will definite stay here again
My visit was very pleasant and I will definite reside at your hotel the next time I come to visit my family in Florence. This is my second time using this hotel and I will continue to let this be the place to stay.
Alot of room for the entire family to stay.
