In need of an immediate refurbishnent !
Reception only open on a limited basis, so we had to wait 4 hours to get in! Room was scruffy with grubby blankets and tatty furniture. 200 euro cautionary deposit required in case of damage, this, in viewe of the poor quality of the accomodation, we found insulting!If we had not already paid for the room we would not have stayed!!!!!! Very disappointed.

a good appartment for s/c in Chamonix
Appartments at the front of this block have a lovely view of Mont Blanc and one of its glaciers and easy access to the town of Chamonix

Clean and Comfortable in Chamonix.
The Accomodation is in a perfect location on all fronts not least if you have a room allocated to the front of the apartments you wake up to the magnificent view of Mont Blanc! which is a great spectacle.Chamonix is a pleasent five minutes walking distance away where you can find a variety of affordable restarants and outdoor shops etc.The Apartments are directly across from a main bus stop which serves both the local bus[which is free] and other detinations such as Geneva. The Apartments are small and clean with the kitchen being suitably equipped with crockery pans and a microwave [no kettle!].The bathroom was suitable and clean with a bath and shower attachment although as with the apartment as a whole a little tired looking.There is no cleaning of the apartment during your stay so its a team effort with the provided hoover!The accomodation met all our needs and I would return again in the future.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
You are given a card on your arrival which entitles you to free rail and bus travel within a zone in the Chamonix valley.I would use it to its full capacity as the surrounding villages and towns are great for exploring and being able to see views of the Mont Blanc range.
