Could do better
The hotel reception was not open on our arrival and had not thought to leave bed linen etc in our room. Although we found it open on the following morning, it remained closed for the duration of our stay. An inordinately large deposit of Euros was requested for our stay. Assistance in reserving taxis was not available for our return transfer.
