Trip of a Lifetime!!!
I thought this hotel was beautiful. The location was fantastic! You are minutes from everything!! The staff were helpful and pleasant! I would stay here again, and I would certainly recommend this hotel to others! The tube station is a very short, very safe walk away , even late at night!! Get an oyster card, it is worth it! Pubs and Coffee places in the area were fantastic!!! Kieran hooked us up with dinner at Rules, and one of the front desk women told us about Perezzo’s, a delicious Italian place across the street from the theater we were going to that night. Go to London and stay here, you’ll love it!
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Use the Tube, you will be able to get anywhere you want, easily. The folks that work there are very understanding, and gave us great tips and directions on how to get from place to place.

Great Location.
Very close to Tube stations and Harrods. Concierge was very helpful and answered our many questions. Rooms are small but adequate. Bathrooms need updated.

Great Hotel
This is an excellent place to stay in London. Directly opposite the V&A, and also close to South Kensington tube station. There seemed to be quite a few tour buses but the service was fine, and free internet.
