Excellent value for money
Booked online, not expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised; staff were friendly and helpful, and room service was available which was brilliant as we’d just spent 3 hours driving with 2 babies and it was by far the preffered choice!

Great family stop-over location for journey home to UK
We decided that Troyes was out preferred location for a part-way stop over for our journey back to Eurotunnel; this was the only hotel offerring to accommodate 2 adults and two children. Dinner was decent quality and very good value; when you consdier children get it for free with you, the 26EUR we paid for two adults breakfasts was also not bad value for money. Pool is outdoors and unheated which they fail to mention on the website. One tiny pillow each. Worked out much cheaper to book through Hotels.com than direct with the hotel.
If you’re travelling with kids and all four pillows are in use, try using the smaller sofa cushions from the sofa bed under your pillow for a better nights sleep.

Pleasantly surprised
Thought it difficult to find (airport not brilliantly signposted) but the hotel itself was really goog value.
