an aging hotel with little done to improve what should be a 5star ,,furniture old not comfortable,rooms very small.dak dingy,,staff on the other hand pleasant ,needs much improvment......

Great room for the money
Charming hotel right by the water and convenient to Newport. Bedroom is a little small, but since all rooms are suites, that didn’t present a real problem.
